Lift Basic was founded by Aidan Chin in October 2025, backed by his dream of creating a gym brand that fulfills the needs of most gym-goers; Affordable products that actually work, and don't scream "I go to the gym" obnoxiously. 

For the daily minimalists, the 9-5ers, the latenight grinders, and anyone in between, our Staple Lifting Straps give you the necessities. Silicone grip, durable cotton, and comfortable padding. Simplicity in design, but effective performance and results. 

Each order is hand-packaged and delivered by Aidan Chin in Orlando, Florida. Handwritten notes, stickers, and lots of care included with each order.
