OUR MISSION

Founded in 2025, Lift Basic was created with a simple goal; Show gym-goers across the world how Lifting Straps can improve their workouts drastically.

For the daily minimalists, the 9-5ers, the latenight grinders, and anyone in between, our Lifting Straps give you the necessities. Silicone grip, durable cotton, and comfortable padding. Simplicity in design, but effective performance and results.

Each order is hand-packaged and delivered from Orlando, Florida. Shipped with care and speed.
