Lift Basic began in October 2025, with the idea of simplicity. 

Going to the gym, consistency, productivity, and self-growth are all things that require individuals to focus and perform. Gym accessories should only compliment these goals, not make them more complex. 

Hence, the Lift Basic mission was born.
